Our client is a much-loved digital advertising (AdTech) scale-up with circa 200 employees based in London, NYC and Internationally. They work with major brands and media agencies across verticals and channels - with a focus on display and video advertising.
About the Role
Further to rapid growth they are building out their award-winning Agency Sales team and are looking for a high-energy 'Agency Sales Exec' who thrives on developing business with independent agency teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop new and existing independent agency relationships
- Propose media plans to capture campaign spend, working to agreed sales targets
- Work with the Head of Sales to refine a list of target agencies and your outbound approach
- Learn and then pitch a range of media, data and advertising solutions to defined agencies
- Work alongside Customer Success and wider Sales team to ensure excellent client delivery and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Min 2 years Sales experience
- Min 2 years working within Digital channels
- Display and Video or Programmatic Ads experience (highly preferred)

- Business Development mindset & grit: you are not afraid to pick up the phone and create connections from scratch through cold and warm outreach.
- Academic achievement
- Experience working in Advertising, Marketing, Online Marketplaces or B2B Tech
- Gravitas to conduct business with planning & buying teams at media agencies
- Communicates effectively in both written, presentation format and can 'story-tell' verbally
- Can work with multiple stakeholders including data, analytics, ad ops and marketing teams
