Overview

Our client is a fast-growing digital media and technology business shaping the future of online advertising. They are in a period of high growth and are looking for an enthusiastic HR Administrator / HR Officer to join a small but influential People team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone starting their HR career to gain hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, culture design and day-to-day HR operations in a vibrant London-based business (approx 200 people).

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process: including initial interviews and issuing offer letters
  • Support smooth onboarding: references, first-day details, and new starter set-up
  • Keep accurate employee records and HR systems up to date
  • Draft letters for promotions, pay rises, bonuses, and probation outcomes
  • Help coordinate L&D events (from organising the event, invites to capturing feedback)
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and partnerships
  • Assist with office/IT admin for joiners and leavers

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years work experience in HR and people development
  • University or Professional / Vocational training in HR / People Development

  • Comfortable speaking with stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly organised (able to work simultaneously on various tasks / projects)
  • Strong attention to detail
