Media Agencies and Retail brands use this accurate view of UK consumer behaviour to power marketing and advertising. They also leverage our client's predictive analytics to get a future-view on how we will live, shop and spend in years to come – so business critical decisions can be made today.
We're now hiring for an experienced Agency Sales professional with a current 'black-book' of deep contacts in one or more media agencies (indies, mid-market and/or major agencies/holdco's).
Skills – must have
- Minimum 3-4 years in agency-facing sales
- Sales experience working with advertising data, marketing data and insights
About you
- Hybrid hunter mentality but with key account upselling/retention experience.
Vertical experience – desirable
- Financial Services & Insurance: home loans, mortgage lenders, domestic home insurance
- Retail & Home Furnishings: independent and national home furnishing stores/groups
What's on offer?
Base salary upto £55k with double OTE, uncapped, as follows:
- 20% on new client sales in Year 1 and ongoing
- 10% on renewals in Year 2
- 5% on renewals in Year 3
- Any new upsell from existing clients is also paid at 20%
- Average 6 week sales cycle
- Deal sizes between £5k – £20k with circa £500k annual target
