This Senior Electrical Design Engineer position is a hands-on engineering role focused on the design and delivery of bespoke test systems and instrumentation solutions. Working across the full project lifecycle, the Senior Electrical Design Engineer will be responsible for interpreting customer requirements and developing integrated electrical and instrumentation systems for specialist applications. This role is specifically suited to an engineer who has delivered full lifecycle turnkey projects involving bespoke machinery or test systems.
Key Duties:- Interpret customer requirements and develop practical engineering solutions
- Design electrical and instrumentation systems using AutoCAD / AutoCAD Electrical
- Produce electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system documentation
- Specify and integrate sensors, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems
