The Business Development Executive (BDE) is Diageo's frontline representative in the On Trade channel. The role focuses on growing and maintaining distribution of Diageo's market-leading portfolio through strong sales execution and in-venue activation. By building trusted relationships with licensees and managers, the BDE drives sustainable growth across their territory.
Responsibilities
- Win new listings and grow sales in key independent On Trade outlets
- Manage a territory to deliver clear sales and visit targets
- Build strong, long-term relationships with licensees and venue managers
- Bring Diageo brands to life through menus, POS and tailored in-venue activity
- Train and engage bar teams to deliver great brand experiences and quality serves
- Ensure the right products are available in outlets through effective visit and stock planning
