About the Function :
Our Sales team builds relationships, connects with customers, and sells our brands in vibrant markets. Using your curiosity and passion, you\’ll leverage consumer insight and digital platforms to reach new customers and markets, supporting your growth and development with us.
Role Dimensions :
As the Technical Operations Manager, you will protect and grow Diageo\’s On Trade business by leading technical service deployment, managing third-party relationships, and ensuring quality standards. Collaborate with divisional and central teams to drive continuous improvement and deliver excellent customer outcomes.
Top Accountabilities :
- Lead and implement the technical service model, ensuring SLA standards are met and resources are optimized.
- Establish and maintain quality standards, continuously improving all quality levers.
- Manage relationships with contractors and brewers, conducting reviews and interventions as needed.
- Oversee budgets related to contractors and equipment, collaborating on planning and forecasting.
- Develop control processes for in-outlet activities, including audits and asset management.
- Coordinate the Events Calendar, ensuring operational readiness and quality standards.
- Manage performance of Regional Quality Executives through visits, coaching, and audits.
