Contract Opportunity • 4 months duration • ASAP Start Date. We are hiring on a day rate contract basis a Talent Engagement Manager to partner with our GB business on a critical project to attract and engage high calibre, diverse talent. The role will be accountable for Commercial. Diageo GB is our biggest market within Europe and we are looking for an immediately available Talent Engagement Manager to support on a high impact commercial hiring project.

In this role, you will be a critical partner to GB, working closely with the leaders to ensure we hire best in class, diverse talent for this exciting and critical market. This role is highly visible to a large cross section of senior stakeholders, many of which will be in critical leadership roles that have a significant impact on the organisation’s ability to achieve key business outcomes and the overall Performance Ambition. Acting as a coach and mentor to these key stakeholders will be an enabler for success and the Talent Engagement Manager will be looked upon as an expert in hiring, I&D, employer brand and data insights.

About You

You will be an experienced in-house talent acquisition professional with excellent talent judgement, accountability, and an ability to deliver through ambiguity in a fast-paced, ambitious and matrixed environment. Experience of managing multiple senior stakeholders across a region, using exceptional consultative skills and to influence action and change whilst championing diversity would also be an ideal requirement.

Requirements

  • Commercial / Sales Hiring Experience Essential
  • Experience in FMCG business desirable
  • Experience with hosting assessment centres would be great to have
