About The RoleThe Talent Engagement Manager is a critical partner relationship role passionate about ensuring consistent delivery and an excellent candidate experience, whether through an internal move or an external mid-career hire. It\\\βs a role deeply connected to the business and enables business performance delivery by driving the talent component of the resourcing planning process. The purpose Our Talent Engagement Managers operate as strategic partners to ensure all internal moves and external hires strengthen our succession pools and pipelines. They orchestrate talent movement and acquisition. They work in close partnership with the rest of the Talent Engagement team regionally and globally, the Candidate Pipeline Team, the Talent Engagement Lead, business customers, and the broader HR community to ensure the talent agenda is strengthened and supports the delivery of business performance through a deep appreciation of the business\\\βs commercial ambitions.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include coordinating talent movement and acquisition, ensuring alignment with business plans and priorities, strengthening succession pools through talent moves and acquisition, leading the talent agenda, and developing strategy, plans, and interventions to ensure high-quality delivery; maintaining compliance with global policies; utilizing tools that enable the resourcing process and seeking opportunities to innovate and improve.
Qualifications / Experience
A resourcing expert is demonstrated through an appropriate professional qualification β LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter, Institute of Recruiters, etc.
Experience in leading multiple senior partners and candidates in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in leading senior mid-career hiring.
Strong external radar and awareness of external gold standard.
Proven ability to manage recruitment remotely, building strong hiring-manager and candidate relationships across markets through proactive, high-impact communication.
Ability to generate insight from data and generate action plans from data insights.
Outstanding consultative skills and ability to influence action and change with partners.
Ability to listen and persuasively convey opinions and recommendations.
Understanding of HR components to deliver high-quality service to a client group.
Ability to work in confidential situations and gain candidates\\\β and partners\\\β trust and respect.
