* Supervise and optimise our production processes to always maximise our performance.* Maintain a safe and organised workplace environment through adherence to the Safety and 5S MMS practices.* Drive performance of the equipment within process area for example, lead & participate in root cause analysis (RCA), fault finding & recovery, lead & participate in productivity initiatives.* Work with site engineering to play a proactive role in situational problem solving on shift, and contribute to reviews of ways of working including risk and work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), etc.* Experience in a high-speed production environment.* Reliable and self-motivated to consistently deliver high standards.* Experience and understanding of compliance procedures.* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate to all levels across the plant.* Ability to organise a variety of tasks and prioritise self and others accordingly.* Able to work as individual but also part of team.
