About the Role The successful candidate will serve as a friendly ambassador of Guinness Open Gate Brewery London, working closely with the Head of Experience to lead tour guide teams, oversee training, and manage visitor experiences. The role involves engaging with visitors, trade representatives, and the public, including evenings and weekends. Responsibilities include managing visitor experiences, developing content and scripts, liaising with brewery operations for beer supplies, scheduling tours, training guides, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing site visits from Diageo personnel and event teams. Responsibilities Represent the Guinness brand passionately and authentically. Host events and training sessions to showcase the brewery\’s beer portfolio. Deliver tours for VIPs, trade guests, and consumers. Engage with beer drinkers and build genuine connections. Utilize social media to promote activities and connect with the beer community. Build strong relationships within sales and marketing teams, supporting brand inductions and innovations. Support commercial planning and identify sales growth opportunities. Adhere to health and safety guidelines and manage stakeholder relationships. Operate within budget, ensure ROI, and handle expense claims. Role Requirements Passion for beer and beer culture.
