What We’re Looking For:
- Proven marketing experience in high-velocity, brand-led categories (RTD, beer, soft drinks, or FMCG).
- Proven brand leadership experience in highly matrixed organisations to unlock belief and execution against our biggest consumer opportunities.
- Proven executional experience in brand building, innovation, and commercial delivery.
- An entrepreneurial mindset who is comfortable with complexity, ambiguity and challenging the status quo.
- Proactively curious around the category, customers and brands to build relevant insights and plans.

Key Accountabilities:
- Leadership accountability to shape the future of this exciting and dynamic category by helping leadership to define the right brands existing and new that can deliver on the biggest opportunities now and in the future, with the plan to get there.
- True end to end accountability for our biggest brands in our portfolio to deliver on consumer and commercial objectives – from being laser focused on consumer insight, commercial performance and how we exponentially grow our RTD brands in the right channels.
- Act as guardians for the RTD brands both creatively and commercially. Building and creating product propositions and marketing plans in collaboration with key teams and agencies that drive excitement, relevance and awareness with both consumers and customers - executed full funnel to deliver the growth.
- In a fast moving, dynamic category – the Senior Brand manager will be responsible for making sure we have the right formats, for the right occasions in the right channels – working with RTD innovation lead and innovation commercialisation to create new opportunities for recruitment and commercial growth.
- Accountable for the P&L performance of their brands on a monthly basis. Identifying the opportunities and risks to the plan, in collaboration with commercial teams to create solutions.
