Diageo seeks a temporary Bottling Shift Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operation of bottling lines on a 12-hour shift pattern. You will lead a team of 8–12 operators, ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently and to high quality standards.
You will supervise staffing, coach operators and coordinate with engineering, planning and quality teams to minimise disruptions, drive continuous improvement and uphold GMP and food-safety standards.
