Whatever your skills and experience, we’ll help you to thrive in our inclusive culture.**About the Role** We are looking for a proactive and strategic Compliance, Risk and Health & Safety Manager to join our Primary Logistics team in Scotland, based in either Glasgow or Edinburgh with regular travel to our Shieldhall and Leven sites.In this role you will shape and drive the Compliance, Risk and Health & Safety strategy across Diageo Global Supply, ensuring our operations meet the highest standards of safety, quality and regulatory compliance. As a member of the Primary Logistics Leadership Team and the Crisis Management teams, you will play a key role in safeguarding Diageo’s people, brands and reputation.**Key Responsibilities:** We are looking for a collaborative and forward-thinking Compliance Manager who is passionate about creating a safe, compliant and successful logistics environment. You are someone who flourishes with influencing and supporting others, bringing clarity, strategy and practical solutions to complex challenges. Experienced or qualified in a relevant field, with a degree or equivalent experience and a desire to grow and share your expertise.Confident in your knowledge of logistics and manufacturing, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.Knowledgeable in risk management, Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and Health & Safety requirements, and committed to role-modelling safe practices every day.
