Our Scotland Brand Homes are world-class visitor experiences that combine retail, hospitality and storytelling to bring our whisky brands to life. Retail plays a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving commercial performance and supporting our direct-to-consumer business.
You’ll join a collaborative retail team supporting multiple Brand Home locations, working closely with operations, supply chain and compliance partners to ensure seamless, high-quality retail experiences for visitors.
As Retail Operations Manager, you will ensure the smooth, compliant and efficient running of retail operations across our Brand Homes. You’ll lead on operational standards, inventory and compliance, enabling teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
- Develop and maintain retail processes, standards and operating procedures
- Ensure compliance across payments, stock control, promotions and retail systems
- Oversee inventory accuracy, stock takes and warehouse operations
- Manage shipping and fulfilment processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance
- Lead training and capability building across retail teams
- Use data and insights to identify risks, improve processes and drive performance
