About the Role
- Delivery of outstanding performance in all aspects of the balanced scorecard (Safety, Quality, Environment, Asset Care, Delivery, Productivity, Cost and Morale).
- Lead on Asset Care planning & prioritisation across multiple packaging lines, including maintenance task optimisation using tools such as RCMT.
- Take accountability for asset care standards within the area and ensure delivery of effective Asset Care processes and procedures.
- Coach and support Craft and Operational teams to deliver performance and increase reliability of equipment.
- Ensure good governance around internal and external compliance (health & safety, quality and environment).
- Manage safe execution of maintenance activity by internal teams and external contractors through issuing permits and controlling high risk works.
- Continuous Improvement – support situational problem solving activity and efficiency.
- Work with Craft teams and OEMs to drive faster problem solving and greater Plant Availability.

- A time served trade in electrical, mechanical or instrument control.
