About the Role
The Material Planner and Production Scheduleracts as a key link between the plan, source, make, and move functions, ensuring the seamless delivery of our supply and scheduled production plans that meet both business and customer needs.
Success in this position will be achieved through strong partnerships and strict adherence to supply and scheduling planning processes for operations across Ireland and the UK, aligned with the objectives of the Beer Category.
Key Responsibilities:

Call off materials by liaising with external European suppliers to ensure detailed execution of short to mid-term production plans across all Beer Category material suppliers (Cans, Glass, Board, Closures, and Widgets).

Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and external suppliers to facilitate and reconcile supplier invoices in line with SLAs, payment terms, and legal obligations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels, leveraging these connections to deliver the Beer Category strategy.

Lead and implement dry goods inventory holding plans to control material stock levels and minimise write-off costs across all supplied markets.

Play a leading role in running and improving the business through Global Supply Chain projects, Continuous Improvement initiatives, and Product Innovation and Renovation processes, balancing flexibility with commitments to service, cost, and quality.

Ensure transparent, cross-functional communication of forward plans across the supply chain, including Procurement, Packaging, Brewing, and Logistics.

Contribute to delivering excellent customer service standards to all global markets.
This role sits within the Europe Plan Scheduling Team for Beer Packaging and will be based at our Beer Packaging Site on Marshalls Road , Belfast .
About You
We’re looking for someone who can bring expertise , collaboration and a passion for delivering excellence within our supply chain operations.

BSc in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.

APICS qualified or equivalent certification.

3 to 5 years of supply chain planning experience, ideally within an FMCG environment.

Strong knowledge and understanding of Demand and Supply Planning, Operations, Logistics, and Route to Market is desirable.

Stakeholder management skills with a successful track record of leading within a planning function.

Excellent IT and numerical skills, with the ability to leverage systems such as SAP ECC6, SAP APO SNP, Business Warehouse, and BEX Analyser .
