About The Role: In this role, you will be the personification of Diageo’s ambition: to become the world\'s best-performing, most-trusted consumer goods company and build category-leading partnerships with industry-leading outlets. We are looking for someone who can present our products to reflect the luxury brand\'s image and values, bringing them to life for our customers/consumers. Working collaboratively across Diageo\'s cross-functional team and our Brand Ambassadors, you will deliver the annual P&L for your customers. This will be achieved through securing pouring contracts and delivering exciting, tailored activations on top accounts. Great activation and collaborative working are key to delivering excellent customer service. Role Responsibilities: Build the status, equity, and rate of sale of our brands through delivery of brand objectives in key outlets. Maintain strong ownership of customer relationships through effective negotiation, persuasion, and conflict resolution skills. Manage P&L for your portfolio within your customer remit, making return on investment decisions aligned with growth priorities. Partner with Diageo Luxury Marketing and Advocacy teams to activate brands in outlets, driving talkability and availability. Achieve distribution and execution targets monthly, quarterly, and yearly. Collaborate with a Luxury curation manager on menu creation, activations, and customer engagement. Forecast accurately and manage performance with attention to detail, maintaining brand visibility in outlets. Contribute to on-trade understanding within Diageo GB, ensuring consumer trends influence brand and customer strategies. Experience / Skills Required: Commercial attitude Analytical skills and systems proficiency Experience with Luxury brands and/or high-end accounts (preferred) Existing network within the GB on trade (preferred but not essential) Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills Ability to sell the history and heritage of luxury brands High affinity for iconic brands and understanding of consumer desires Strong relationship with industry influencers Interest in industry trends and spirits knowledge Ability to engage decision-makers across the On-Trade and Off-Trade networks Flexible Working Statement: Flexibility is key to our success.
