We are hiring on a day rate contract basis a Talent Engagement Manager to partner with our France business on a critical project to attract and engage high calibre, diverse talent. The role will be accountable for Commercial.
Diageo France is a new venture for Diageo and is in its critical stages of early growth where we are building a new, high performing team. This is a really important business unit and will become one of the largest individual countries in Europe by NSV for Diageo. In this role, you will be a critical partner to it, working closely with the leaders to ensure we hire best in class, diverse talent for this exciting and critical market.
This role is highly visible to a large cross section of senior stakeholders, many of which will be in critical leadership roles that have a significant impact on the organisation’s ability to achieve key business outcomes and the overall Performance Ambition. Acting as a coach and mentor to these key stakeholders will be an enabler for success and the Talent Engagement Manager will be looked upon as an expert in hiring, I&D, employer brand and data insights.
About you
You will be an experienced in-house talent acquisition professional with excellent talent judgement, accountability, and an ability to deliver through ambiguity in a fast-paced, ambitious and matrixed environment. Experience of managing multiple senior stakeholders across a region, using exceptional consultative skills and to influence action and change whilst championing diversity would also be an ideal requirement.
Education
Fluent / Native French language skill is essential.
