Overview
In this role you lead intelligence and geopolitical analysis to support global decision-makers and protect our people and business. You own the Travel Risk Management Programme and drive security projects, while coordinating services across security and brand protection. You’ll translate complex risk contexts into practical guidance for leadership and shape risk-aware planning and crisis response. This is a high-impact, cross-functional position that combines in-depth analysis with stakeholder influence and programme delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive, timely and actionable intelligence to support decision-making, planning and crisis response.
- Maintain deep understanding of local, regional and global security contexts and trends.
- Act as global SME for security threats and risks with guidance on business impact.
- Build relationships with external stakeholders including security organizations, peer networks, and government agencies.
- Lead the Travel Risk Management Programme to protect employees on business travel and ensure duty of care.
- Deliver and maintain training for travellers and embed security controls in booking processes.
- Conduct annual country risk grading reviews.
- Own/lead a portfolio of CS & BP projects/programmes to enhance service provision and effectiveness.
- Oversee support services across the group (technology/systems, training, knowledge management).
Key requirements
- Intelligence and security professional with at least 10 years of career experience.
- Highly proactive with strong ownership and leadership.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent written communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Security intelligence and geopolitical risk analysis.
- Risk assessment and judgement in a business context.
