As Senior Brand Manager for Rum, you own brand growth, market performance and the consumer journey across assigned rum brands. You translate consumer, shopper and cultural insights into bold activation and strong commercial results. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to unlock growth, optimize investments and deliver ROI, while shaping strategic brand experiments and campaigns. Responsibilities:

  • Own brand P&L, growth, market share, brand health and ROI targets for assigned brands and portfolio segments.
  • Execute end-to-end consumer and shopper journey, translating global growth drivers into local activation.
  • Translate insights into activation plans that boost recruitment, penetration and loyalty.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Supply, Finance and Consumer & Shopper Insights teams.
  • Monitor performance and optimise investment effectiveness to maximise commercial outcomes.

Key requirements:

  • 5-7 years of marketing, commercial or FMCG experience with a proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns and business results.
  • Demonstrated execution excellence and strong personal accountability for performance.
  • Strong stakeholder management and project leadership with ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain genuine trust-based relationships.
