Overview

As Head of Websites and Digital Shelf – EMEA, you will lead the regional Marketing Operations Hub, ensuring demand is translated into high-quality, scalable execution on global platforms.

You will coordinate across markets and with Global Websites and Digital Shelf teams to uphold standards, tools, and workflows while driving activation, QA, and performance.

This role focuses on delivery efficiency, governance, and capability adoption rather than strategy or product roadmaps.

You contribute to brand and campaign planning by embedding digital shelf and website governance early in the process.

You will shape regional execution with impact across markets and seek continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the EMEA Websites & Digital Shelf Hub team, setting priorities and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across markets
  • Own regional demand intake, prioritisation and portfolio transparency, consolidating market requirements and allocating capacity
  • Act as the interface between markets and Global Websites/Digital Shelf teams, translating regional needs into structured requirements
  • Oversee regional website operations: activation, localisation, compliance readiness, performance optimisation, platform adoption
  • Oversee regional Digital Shelf operations: planned requests and always-on optimisation, partner coordination, standards adoption, performance improvement
  • Own regional operational performance: execution quality, SLA, workflow effectiveness, KPI tracking, with markets accountable for local outcomes
  • Lead regional agency and delivery partners to meet standards for capacity, quality, and service levels
  • Identify systemic issues and improvement opportunities, driving governance to close gaps in global platforms or tooling
  • Build capability across markets by sharing best practices and enabling use of global platforms
  • Key requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Digital, Marketing, Technology, Operations, e Commerce or a related field
  • 10+ years in digital/digital shelf, marketing operations, e Commerce or related roles
  • Experience coordinating execution across multiple markets using standardised processes and workflows
  • Strong operational leadership, including intake management, prioritisation, SLA tracking, issue resolution and escalation
  • Experience translating market requirements into scalable execution plans with global standards
  • Solid understanding of website operations, Digital Shelf, accessibility, compliance, content and product-data readiness, and performance management
  • Experience leading agency or external delivery partners across multiple markets
