Join our Supply Team. Our Supply Chain and Manufacturing team are problem-solvers, sourcing, producing, and delivering our much-loved brands to delight customers around the globe. It’s an intricate and sophisticated operation that’s the product of logistical, manufacturing, and technical collaborations.
This is a highly visible and influential role at the heart of our supply chain. Acting as a critical link between planning, sourcing, production and logistics, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our beer reaches customers on time, in full and to the highest standards. Working through strong cross‑functional partnerships and a coordinated business management approach, you’ll translate demand into executable production schedules that balance service, cost, quality and efficiency. You’ll support operations across Ireland and the UK, contributing directly to the delivery of our beer category objectives. The role will be based at one of our packaging sites, with regular travel to other locations and third‑party suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Translate demand into clear 0–12 week production schedules, balancing service, cost, quality and efficiency.
- Ensure on‑time, in‑full product availability by optimising production plans across packaging plants and rework sites.
- Collaborate closely with breweries, packaging sites and 3PL partners to secure liquid supply and deliver executable short‑ to mid‑term plans.
- Manage short‑term execution to avoid unnecessary outsourcing costs and improve operational performance.
- Build strong relationships with procurement, finance and suppliers, supporting invoice reconciliation in line with SLAs and agreements.
- Play a key role in continuous improvement, supply chain projects and product innovation, ensuring clear cross‑functional communication across planning, brewing, packaging and logistics.
Skills And Experience Required
- BSc in Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent, APICS qualified or equivalent.
- Supply chain planning experience in an FMCG would be advantageous.
- Good knowledge and understanding of demand and supply planning, operations, logistics and Route to Market is desirable.
- Excellent IT and numerical skills, to exploit benefits of SAP ECC6, SAP APO SNP, Business Warehouse and BEX Analyser.
