The Innovation Execution Executive plays a crucial role in the successful commercialisation of our innovation products. This role focuses on executing and analyzing the performance of innovation products post-launch, ensuring that they meet commercial objectives and deliver value to the business. The Innovation Execution Executive works closely with the Innovation Commercialisation Manager (ICM) and cross-functional teams, providing support in monitoring execution, conducting analysis, and reviewing scorecards to drive continuous improvement.

Top Accountabilities:

  • Execution and Analysis:
  • Support the execution of innovation launches, ensuring all activities are aligned with the commercialisation plan.
  • Monitor the performance of innovation products post-launch, using data and analytics to evaluate success against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct regular analysis of sales, market share, and consumer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and scorecards for innovation products, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Collaboration and Support:
    • Work closely with the ICM and cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of innovation projects.
    • Assist in the coordination of launch activities, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned with project timelines and objectives.
    • Support the development and implementation of post-launch review processes, ensuring learnings are captured and applied to future projects.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements in the execution and analysis of innovation products.
    • Contribute to the development of best practices and tools for monitoring and evaluating innovation performance.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform innovation strategies and execution plans.
