About the Role

We are delighted to share that we have multiple excellent opportunities for Weekend Operator to join us within our Shieldhall site. As part of our Packaging Team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and quality in line with Diageo’s values. You’ll operate bottling line machines, ensure smooth shift handovers, and perform autonomous maintenance tasks like cleaning, inspecting, and lubricating equipment. Collaborating with Team Leaders, you’ll drive performance improvements and contribute to the success of our operations. Health and safety compliance is key and you’ll be at the forefront of making sure this is supervised alongside other Key Performance Indicators and targets such as production quality and HMRC compliance.
