We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Ticketing Executive to join the Scotland Brand Homes Marketing team. This role is central to the smooth operation, optimisation, and continuous improvement of our ticketing ecosystem across multiple sites. You will manage end‑to‑end ticketing systems, ensuring accurate product set‑up, pricing, availability, and performance tracking, while acting as a key link between Marketing, Commercial, Digital, Operational, and external teams to maximise bookings, revenue, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of the ticketing platform, including product set‑up, pricing, and availability for B2C and B2B/Affiliate teams.
- Maintain the online trade portal for intermediary partners.
- Create and maintain ticket structures, tariffs, rate tables, ticket models, and product profiles, including promotional codes, campaigns, and pricing strategies.
- Develop and manage API and system integrations to ensure a seamless end‑to‑end ticketing journey.
- Ensure accurate ticketshop display, content, and user journey optimisation.
- Own and manage the central product information system, aligning digital consumer touchpoints.
- Monitor booking trends, revenue (NSV), and performance metrics.
- Maintain dashboards and reporting (e.g. Power BI) to support business strategy and decisions.
- Provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates, ATV, and customer experience.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with data‑driven recommendations.
- Ensure data and GDPR compliance, including maintaining process documentation.
- Act as the key contact for ticketing‑related queries and troubleshoot B2B/B2C issues; serve as escalation point for system problems.
- Manage relationships with ticketing providers and web agencies, including BAU calls and issue tracking.
- Work with central Finance teams to support reconciliation processes and accurate revenue reporting.
- Track and manage system issues using project management tools (Microsoft Planner, Jira).
- Maintain SOPs and promote best practices across teams.
- Serve as internal subject‑matter expert on ticketing, driving roadmap planning, system enhancements, and new feature implementation; collaborate with the Irish Brand Homes team to create a Ticketing Centre of Excellence.
- Develop training materials and documentation to drive adoption and identify training needs.
Experience & Capabilities
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CMS, CRM, and ticketing platforms.
- Experience managing systems, processes, or operational workflows.
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into action.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Clear understanding of responsible marketing and GDPR.
Nice to Have
- Hands‑on experience with ticketing systems (e.g. Secutix or similar).
- Hands‑on experience in CRM/CMS, building and sending emails.
- Strong knowledge of digital ad platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).
- Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI).
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, or experiential marketing.
