About the role
The Brand Homes Business Analyst role sits within the Consumer Digital Transformation Team (CDT) and is vital to ensuring successful development and deployment of omnichannel solutions that enhance the visitor experience and boost commercial growth to Diageo Brand Homes.
You will be responsible for:
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with Brand Homes stakeholders, CDT Product Owners, and technical SMEs to capture business needs.
- Document and maintain user stories, business requirements, and acceptance criteria aligned to digital product and data goals.
- Support the configuration and enhancement of Brand Homes platforms, including ticketing and booking engines, CRM integrations, POS, and experience management systems.
- Ensure that requirements align with Diageo’s global digital strategy, DDP2.0 web standards, and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR).
- Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies for development workstreams related to Brand Homes.
- Partner with the Product Owner to manage prioritisation and trade-offs across functional and technical requirements.
- Support UAT planning and execution to ensure high-quality omnichannel solutions are delivered.
- Ensure that reporting and data capture capabilities are embedded in all Brand Homes touchpoints to drive insights and performance optimisation.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- 5+ years of experience in digital or IT business analysis, preferably within consumer-facing industries such as retail, ticketing, events or hospitality.
- Demonstrated experience in agile delivery environments, including working with product backlogs, sprint cycles, and MVP definitions.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel experience design, commerce platforms, ticketing platforms, web technologies, gift card functionality, loyalty and CRM systems.
- Proven ability to collaborate with global and regional stakeholders across commercial, technical, and compliance functions.
- Experience working on integrations across web, POS, and CRM systems is highly desirable.
