The oldest working distillery on the Isle of Skye is set on the shores of Loch Harport with dramatic views of the Cuillins. Talisker is an iconic visitor centre that provides world-class visitor experiences to guests from around the globe. We aim for every visitor to enjoy an unforgettable experience when they walk through our doors, beginning and ending with the people who work here.
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Being an integral part of the visitor centre team as a Brand Home Guide, delivering high standards of customer service and creating an outstanding visitor experience.
- Guiding tours around the distillery, representing the brand and Diageo using the full training provided.
- Assisting with ticket sales and promoting the brand throughout the full experience, from warmly greeting guests to providing information on offerings.
- Shop duties and upselling products, alongside merchandising of other products in the retail area.
- Assisting with planning and implementation of special events throughout the year.
To Be Successful In This Role:
