The Retail Concession Sales Associate is a key player in our luxury retail concession, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. You will work closely with the Retail Concession Manager to ensure that every customer interaction reflects our brand's prestige and commitment to excellence.

  • Welcome customers warmly, creating a memorable first impression.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering tailored product recommendations.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business through personalised follow-ups.
