You’ll join an ambitious and passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional visitor experiences across our Scotland Brand Homes, creating immersive journeys through whisky, hospitality and culture.
About the role
As Brand Home Lead Guide, you will support the smooth day-to-day running of the Brand Home, ensuring operational excellence, exceptional customer service and seamless visitor experiences across tours, tastings, retail and events.
Role Responsibilities
- Support daily operations across bars, experiences and retail areas
- Ensure compliance with operational, licensing and safety standards
- Manage bookings, guest enquiries and Brand Home communications
- Coordinate stock control, cash handling and operational systems
- Host VIP experiences, tours and tastings as required
- Supervise Brand Home guides and agency staff, supporting training and scheduling
