This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing team within a large infrastructure supporting the global technical agenda, delivering triple wins in Cash, Carbon and Cost, and driving the wider BC&I strategy. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving transformation across digital, efficiency, agility and data accuracy, shaping the future of our business.
You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver transformational change in global data ways of working. Collaborating with global supply category teams and markets, you’ll help shape standardised processes, roll out best ways of working, and deliver against critical metrics, ensuring stakeholder and customer satisfaction through best-in-class process optimisation.
Working closely with Function & Category Brand Change teams, you will ensure the project pipeline is effectively resourced with Data Controllers. Your team will deliver all necessary project data to achieve core KPI metrics for Data Quality, while also supporting overarching Innovation and Brand Change KPIs such as Speed to Market and On Time in Full.
Process changes under your leadership will be accompanied by robust engagement and training plans, ensuring change is effectively embedded across the organisation.
- Develop and deliver a pipeline of transformational change to support BC&I strategy metrics, such as Speed to Market.
- Lead strategic change projects to optimise processes and embed global best practice.
- Lead the Team Leader and Data Controllers to scope, develop and deliver all project data requirements as integral members of project teams.
- Continuously monitor and share key data metrics on Data Quality and Right First Time, ensuring accuracy, completeness and consistency.

The Product Data Transform Manager holds accountability for the world-class delivery of BC&I product master data in a fast-paced, customer focused environment spanning teams from Mexico, Europe & China. You will oversee a sub-team leader responsible for day-to-day management, escalations, and resource allocation, ensuring seamless delivery.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with BC&I change teams to plan Data Controller resource requirements to support the project pipeline.
You are a driven, collaborative, and analytical professional, passionate about driving transformational change and optimising processes in a global, fast-moving environment. You enjoy working with diverse teams and stakeholders, bringing both expertise and enthusiasm to deliver measurable impact.
Key skills and experience:
- Degree-level qualification in Change Management, Project Management, a technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across the business at all levels.
- Experience within a FMCG environment, with functional expertise in technical, planning, innovation, or manufacturing areas.
- Experience supporting and mentoring a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; line management experience desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence and collaborate effectively with colleagues across the organisation.
- Highly analytical, driven, and detail-oriented with a strong focus on data quality and accuracy.
- Good understanding of wider Supply Chain processes and the role data plays in delivering operational excellence.
Capabilities of interest (not essential):
- Digitally inquisitive, with the ability to develop expertise in SAP, Microsoft Power Platform, Robotic Process Automation, and other emerging systems.
- Accredited in Six Sigma, Prince 2, or Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of Packaging and Liquid functional areas.
