What You'll Learn

As part of our Finance team, you'll gain experience across a wide range of activities, including:

  • Supporting customer invoicing and payments
  • Processing supplier invoices and purchase orders
  • Assisting with bank reconciliations
  • Helping with month-end reporting activities
  • Learning how finance supports business decision-making
  • Working with colleagues across different departments and countries
  • Using technology and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency
  • Supporting projects that help the finance team operate more effectively

You'll rotate across different areas of finance, giving you broad exposure and helping you discover where your strengths and interests lie.

Who We're Looking For

We're not expecting years of experience.

Instead, we're looking for someone who

  • Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Is reliable and takes pride in doing things well
  • Enjoys working with numbers and solving problems

  • Is comfortable using technology and learning new systems
  • Is willing to travel to our Belfast office three days per week
