As our Global Payroll Specialist, you will take ownership of the smooth, compliant, and timely delivery of payroll across 12 countries and multiple currencies. Working closely with our payroll agencies and internal teams, you’ll manage end‑to‑end payroll processes, employee onboarding support, and payroll‑related reporting, ensuring a seamless experience for our people around the world. What You’ll Do- Payroll & Compliance
- Own the preparation and administration of monthly payroll across 12 countries and 5 currencies
- Liaise with internal teams and third‑party providers, ensuring all data is accurate and submitted on time
- Act as the first‑line reviewer of all payrolls before manager sign‑off
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of payroll legislation across all jurisdictions
- Manage pension submissions and payroll funding including taxes, cashflow analysis, and banking portal payments
- Ensure ongoing compliance with all internal SOPs and global payroll regulations
- Handle all payroll queries from employees and external stakeholders
- Prepare and upload payroll journals to Sage Intacct
- Reconcile balance sheet and P&L payroll accounts
- Support year‑end audit requirements
- Manage supplier relationships, cost agreements, and purchase orders for payroll services
- Team Support
- Support onboarding of new employees as the payroll point of contact
- Provide cross‑cover within the Finance team as needed
- Take on ad‑hoc duties to support continuous improvement
- Minimum 3 years’ payroll experience, including 1+ years in international payroll
- Comfortable owning processes in a demanding, fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- A professional payroll/accounting qualification is desirable but not essential
