What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll get involved across the full finance function, including:
- Working in a fast‑paced or deadline‑driven environment
- Supporting the invoicing process – creating and tracking customer invoices
- Assisting with payments and cash tracking
- Managing supplier invoices and purchase orders
- Supporting bank reconciliations and financial checks
- Responding to queries from colleagues and customers in a professional way
- Collaborating with teams across different countries and departments
- Assisting with month‑end reporting and finance projects
- Learning how to use tools and systems to improve efficiency, including AI‑enabled processes
You’ll rotate and support different areas of finance such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and reporting – giving you broad exposure early in your career.
What We’re Looking For: This early‑career role does not require extensive formal experience. We’re looking for candidates who demonstrate:
- A positive, eager‑to‑learn attitude
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable working with numbers and data
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (or a willingness to learn quickly)
- Ownership and initiative
- Ability to travel 3 days a week to work in our Belfast office
Desirable:

- Experience using Excel beyond basics (e.g., formulas, organising data)
Qualifications: 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C/4 or above, including:
- Mathematics (essential)
