Join our expanding finance team and gain exposure across all areas of FP&A, financial operations, reporting, and strategy. As FP&A Accountant, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting strategic decision-making, and maintaining strong internal controls. This is a hands-on role with real scope to learn, grow, and make an impact.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support month-end close and prepare management accounts across multiple entities
  • Assist in producing board packs including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow
  • Partner with teams across the business to deliver meaningful financial insights
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and working capital management
  • Help prepare statutory accounts, tax returns (VAT, US Sales, Corporation Tax), and ESG reporting
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

What we’re looking for:

  • Part or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • 2+ years’ experience in accounting (industry or practice)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, collaborative mindset
  • Solid understanding of UK GAAP, IFRS, and tax principles
  • Experience with ERP systems (Sage Intacct a plus) and Excel proficiency
