DXRX is the world’s first diagnostic commercialization platform for precision medicine, integrating multiple pipelines of real-world diagnostic testing data from a global network of laboratories.
Role Summary
The global marketing team is expanding, and we are seeking a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Campaign Marketing Associate to support the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns. This role will contribute to increasing brand awareness and driving revenue growth through the creation and activation of corporate and product marketing initiatives.
The successful candidate will assist in campaign planning, market and competitor analysis, and the development of omnichannel marketing materials. Reporting to the Senior Director of Brand Strategy, this role requires strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a collaborative mindset.
Duties and Responsibilities
·Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of pharma and biotech audiences.
·Perform competitor analysis to identify where key customer personas seek industry content, product information, and news.
·Monitor competitive positioning and offerings to inform campaign strategy.
·Support the development of inbound marketing campaign ideas and contribute to their execution.
·Assist in the creation of omnichannel marketing materials and sales enablement resources, including product and corporate content, websites, advertisements, white papers, social media, newsletters, and emails.
·Participate in campaign development from concept through briefing, approval, and delivery across product and corporate brand initiatives.
·Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, sharing insights and learnings to enhance performance.
·Support the execution of omnichannel campaigns leveraging SEO, social media, email marketing, inbound strategies, and events to drive customer acquisition.
·Ensure campaign workflows maintain quality, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines and compliance standards.
·Assist in planning and executing targeted events to promote products, corporate brand, capabilities, and thought leadership.
·Explore and evaluate third-party advertising and promotional partnership opportunities.
·Create promotional materials including social media copy, graphics, email promotions, and internal communications.
Key Competencies Required
People Skills:
Ability to collaborate with internal team members, agencies, and the Marketing Team. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Customer Service & External Impact:
While direct contact with external stakeholders may be occasional, the role involves conducting market research and competitor analysis, and creating market-facing materials for Diaceutics products and corporate brand.
Decision-Making:
Capable of making informed decisions in support of campaign development and execution. Decisions are made under supervision, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and brand standards.
Initiative and Independence:
Demonstrates self-motivation and initiative while working under supervision. Willingness to learn and adapt, with a focus on personal and team development through open communication.
Knowledge and Specialist Skills
Education:
·Degree-level qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing or Life Sciences.
Experience:
·1-2 years experience in a Marketing role OR 1+ years experience in life sciences marketing.
Technical Skills:
·In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques and analytical skills.
Experience in at least two of the following:
·Running email campaigns to develop new sales leads.Broaden to campaign development and email journeys creating new sales leads.
·Designing and managing webpages.
·Working knowledge of Pardot or marketing automation software.
·Working knowledge of Google Analytics.
·Digital advertising and or awareness of graphic design
Software Proficiency:
·Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
·Excellent attention to detail, spelling, grammar, and proofreading.
·Strong communication skills in oral, written, and visual presentations.
·Industry Experience (Preferred but not essential):
·Pharma / Laboratory / Diagnostic industry.
·SaaS Product Marketing environment.
