At Diabsolut, we’re looking for a Principal Solution Architect to lead project delivery and scale Salesforce Field Service (SFS) solutions across industries. This role is ideal for someone with deep functional knowledge, solutioning experience in enterprise environments, and the ability to lead teams through the build and deployment of scalable, high-impact systems.
You will play a pivotal role in guiding project teams through solution design, build execution, client validation, and final delivery. You will engage with clients throughout the sales, design and build phase, provide subject matter expertise, and ensure quality, scalable architecture is delivered.
- Guide project teams to lead client workshops, validate requirements, and define the technical architecture.
- Translate complex business problems into scalable Salesforce Field Service solutions.
- Oversee solution configuration including scheduling, optimization, mobile setup, assets, inventory, service contracts, and dispatcher console.
- Sequence implementation tasks and lead the team through development, QA, testing, and release.
- Provide mentorship and quality assurance throughout the delivery cycle.
- Contribute to reusable architecture templates, delivery assets, and internal playbooks.

- Improving delivery efficiency and quality through solution leadership, reusable architecture, and mentorship.
- Supporting cross-functional teams through go-live readiness and post-deployment stabilization.
- Elevating delivery performance on past teams or projects through process improvements, automation, or training initiatives.
Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification (required), ~10+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience, with 4+ years focused on Salesforce Field Service.
- Proven experience solutioning complex Field Service requirements and leading enterprise-scale implementations.
- AI & Agentforce certification.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Field Service features including scheduling, optimization, assets, inventory, contracts, and mobile.
- Familiarity with oil, gas, water, electric utilities, or related field service industries.
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree.
- Advanced Field Service Certification.
- Experience with Einstein for Field Service, Agentforce, or Salesforce AI tools.
- Additional Salesforce certifications including Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, Integration Architect.
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, DevOps Center, or Copado.
- Software Development experience.
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce REST APIs, Omnichannel, and middleware or point-to-point integrations.
