The Role
You will own and execute international supply chain and logistics operations across the UK, Europe, Middle East, Americas and Asia. This is a hands-on leadership role covering both strategic coordination and warehouse-floor reality.
Day to day you will:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations at our own facilities including stock accuracy, picking and packing, space utilisation and team coordination
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and key vendors
- Coordinate inventory across multiple warehouse locations and plan for demand fluctuations
- Oversee procurement of freight services, warehousing and materials
- Monitor shipping schedules and import/export documentation
- Identify cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards in each market
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations and commercial teams

- Experience running warehouse operations — stock control, fulfilment workflows, staff coordination
- Track record managing 3PLs including SLAs, performance monitoring and cost negotiations
- Procurement experience across freight, warehousing and/or materials
- Proficiency with WMS and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills — able to read logistics data, spot inefficiencies and act on them
- Comfortable managing competing priorities across time zones
- Hard working, driven and self-motivated with a hands-on mentality and a bias toward getting things done
- Thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment where ownership and initiative are expected
