Practice Manager in Banbury

Join us as a Practice Manager at SPI Management, a friendly, multi-disciplinary clinic based in Banbury.

We’re looking for a maternity cover position, offering a full handover and continued support, making it an excellent opportunity to step into a well-established practice.

Salary: £15–£17 per hour (DOE).

Employment type: Part-time – 34 full days per week – 9:00 to 17:00 (flexible).

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the smooth day‑to‑day running of the practice
• Acting as a key point of contact for patients, clinicians, and support staff
• Overseeing administrative processes, internal systems, and compliance (H&S, COSHH, fire safety)
• Supporting people‑management tasks, reception standards, and team communication
• Coordinating meetings, practice events, and assisting with in‑clinic marketing activities

About You

• Previous experience in a practice, office, or operational management role
• Highly organised with strong communication skills
• Confident using digital systems, databases, and spreadsheets
• Approachable, professional, and able to work independently
• Experience within healthcare or a clinical setting is desirable but not essential
