In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering agreed and dynamic plans to improve outcomes for people living with/at risk of diabetes by working to reduce variation, and improve care, treatment and prevention via influencing and partnership working activity. We’re looking for someone who can inspire and collaborate, building strong, positive relationships to increase understanding of diabetes. Your ability to influence and work together with others will help us support health system professionals and communities to improve diabetes care.
