The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 € per year.

This role focuses on providing leadership across fundraising marketing activity during a 3-6 month interim period, ensuring the effective delivery, optimisation, and evaluation of priority campaigns to drive income and engagement. You will lead a small team to deliver creative, innovative, audience-led campaigns to high standards of delivery and ensure all marketing activity meets governance, compliance and best practice standards.

The position also includes working closely with senior stakeholders to manage resources, prioritise activity, and improve cross-team collaboration and ways of working. Responsibilities additionally extend to supporting the procurement of a media agency, contributing to partnership development and providing strategic and delivery support to the Head of Marketing.
