Our Data & Insights team at Diabetes UK empowers the organisation to make informed, impactful decisions that improve outcomes for people living with diabetes and ensure we generate sustainable income to fund it. As product owners of a new CRM system and data hub we are also guardians of our customer data (donors and people at risk of or living with diabetes). Join us as our new Analysis & Insight Manager at Diabetes UK leading a team of data (digital and non-digital) analysts.

This is a highly influential and impactful role within our Data & Insights team and an active member of its leadership team. If you are passionate about making a difference to people’s healthcare outcomes and you are looking for an exciting new opportunity to bring your expertise in analysis & insight, customer engagement optimisation and finding ways to increase customer loyalty to a forward-looking organisation we want to hear from you.

You will be across the organisation to ensure we have best in class understanding of our customers' interaction and loyalty across our product portfolio and are able to provide compelling, actionable insights that drive increased customer acquisition, retention and life-time value through engaging story-telling. Now we have a new CRM live we are refreshing our data strategy, and you will be pivotal in creating a culture of customer centricity and empowering stakeholders to understand their customers (and prospects) through a combination of self-serve performance dashboards and delivery of bespoke hypothesis driven ad-hoc analysis.

With proven team management experience in data analysis, a passion for continuous improvement and the ability to join the dots you will be a key player in our ambition to link several systems to create a single source of truth that will also result in a smoother customer experience that increases customer loyalty and life-time value.
