This is a full‑time, permanent position for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at DHU HealthCare.

DHU HealthCare is a not‑for‑profit community interest company providing a diverse range of services to the NHS frontline, including urgent and emergency care, primary care, out of hours services and NHS111.
Responsibilities- Take role briefs from hiring managers to understand the needs of the service users you’ll be recruiting to support.
- Ensure a broad candidate attraction strategy for each campaign, using a variety of recruitment methods and tools.
- Shortlist, screen, and book candidates for interviews.
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring a consistent and outstanding experience is provided to all candidates.
- Build diverse candidate pools proactively while leveraging all available talent channels.
- Give feedback to both successful and unsuccessful candidates during the interview process and record this on the candidate management system.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a volume‑based, fast‑paced recruitment environment (internal or agency).
- Experience using varied recruitment methods (job boards, social media, offline advertising, etc.).
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload through effective stakeholder management and strong relationships.
- Comfortable working within a data‑driven environment, not put off by KPIs focused around time to hire, short‑term attrition and interview conversions.
- Strong communication skills.
- Organised and able to multitask.
