Our UEC teams deliver expert care 24/7, working together to respond quickly when it's needed most. As a Runner, you will:
- Support dispatch controllers and reception teams when demand is high
- Answer queries, book appointments and contact patients with professionalism and care
- Ensure patient information is recorded accurately and swiftly
- Take walk-in forms to triage nurses and keep communication flowing
- Help keep bases fully stocked and ready so clinicians can focus on care
