We’re seeking a Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director and Deputy Managing Director of NHS 111. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our leadership team – handling communications, managing diaries, and supporting key projects that impact patient care for millions of people every year.
What will you do?
- Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative, coordination, and confidential support.
- Diary & Schedule Management: Plan meetings, travel, and key appointments.
