DHU Healthcare in Derby is seeking a Clinical Governance Officer to deliver an informative and robust service to patients on behalf of DHU and the relevant Integrated Care Board (ICB).

You will provide advice to members of the public and staff about complaints, incidents and medical records requests procedures, log and maintain Datix records, coordinate investigations, and produce reports for trend analysis and learning while ensuring confidentiality and collaboration with the Governance.
