What your typical day looks like:
- Provide autonomous, advanced clinical care
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and refer patients effectively
- Conduct and interpret relevant diagnostic investigations
- Maintain high-quality clinical records
- Work as part of a team and collaborate with other members of staff within DHU
To be a successful Advanced Practitioner you'll need:
- Registered and practicing with a Professional Body
- Registered as a non-medical prescriber, practicing post qualification for 6 months
- Have a minimum of two Level 7 modules, including Minor Illness OR Major Illness
- Have experience working in either Primary Care or Urgent Care
- Have autonomous practice in multi-professional teams
