As a systems data technician you will:
- Prepare data for audits, quality reviews and tag call interactions within NICE CXOne.
- Help create reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support operational insights.
- Support system testing and process improvements, working alongside experienced analysts.
- Develop your skills through a structured apprenticeship while contributing to service improvements.
Hold GCSE Maths at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent) and have an interest in healthcare, digital systems and problem-solving, with a willingness to learn.
