    • Work on-site across the DHU estate when required.
  • Third-Line Support & Incident Management
    • Provide specialist 3rd line support to the wider Digital directorate.
    • Lead investigations into systemic issues following service incidents and implement corrective and preventative measures.
    • Ensure incidents and service requests are resolved within agreed SLAs.

  • Projects, Change & Improvement
    • Act as technical lead on allocated infrastructure and digital transformation projects.
    • Plan and manage outages, upgrades, and changes in line with Change Management processes.
    • Complete and maintain documentation such as policies, procedures, business cases, and technical documentation.
    • Be an active member of the Digital Change Advisory Board (CAB).
  • Supplier & Stakeholder Management
    • Act as the operational lead for third-party infrastructure providers, ensuring contractual performance and SLA adherence.
    • Represent DHU at supplier meetings, service reviews, and technical forums.
    • Work closely with clinical, non-clinical, technical, and non-technical stakeholders to minimise service impact.
  • Security, Resilience & Compliance
    • Ensure IT security protocols and national security guidance are adhered to.
    • Manage backup, storage, disaster recovery, and business continuity arrangements.
    • Support security table top exercises and contribute to risk management and mitigation.

  • Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory/Entra ID administration and support experience.
