Advance your career with DHU Healthcare. As a Digital Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of multiple digital and organisational projects across the Trust/organisation. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering projects from initial business case through to implementation and value realisation, collaborating with senior stakeholders, including executive teams, and play a key role in driving change, governance and best practice across the organisation.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with organisational and digital strategy.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from business case development to project closure and benefits realisation.
- Develop and maintain key project documentation, including:
- Business cases
- Project Initiation Documents (PIDs)
- Project plans, mobilisation plans, and timelines
- Risk, issue, and action logs
- Communication and engagement plans
- Define and manage project scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and performance, ensuring effective financial and benefits tracking.
