As a 111 Clinical Advisor you will support patients over the phone, using the NHS Pathways system to assess symptoms and guide them to the right care. As the first clinical contact, you will take patients to the next best step while offering reassurance and evidence‑based advice. Strong clinical judgement, IT confidence and clear communication skills are essential.
